Local 420 is asking you to OPPOSE HB 1552 which will defund the St. Louis Public Schools. There is NO glitch in the law!!! Charter Schools were created as an experiment by the state, therefore the state should fund the Charter Schools experiment, not the City of St. Louis taxpayers. Our students and families deserve better!!! Please OPPOSE HB 1552!!!!!!
